More about Sally
Choir Leader Sally Rose runs Rock Choir in Peterborough, and Rock Choir in King’s Lynn.
Sally is a qualified award-winning vocalist, experienced performer and music leader.
She has previously sung with the National Youth Choir of Wales and later, the acclaimed Trianon Choir based in Ipswich. Her professional career as a solo vocalist began as a touring cabaret artiste, performing throughout the 1980s at many of the top clubs in the UK, and was often called upon as an opening act for other top performers such as Frank Carson and even at a Q&A for Kevin Keegan!
After taking a break to raise her children, Sally returned to performing regularly in 2014 as a duo ‘Back Two’ with her husband Paul, playing the local festivals, private parties and venues including Cahoots, West End, London and expanding her experience as a music leader by running vocal workshops throughout Cambridgeshire.

Sally loves to share the joy of singing, celebrating its health benefits, its ability to bring people together, and the way music can uplift and support individuals of all ages and health backgrounds.
She now leads 3 'ROCK' Choirs and a very successful local community 'March Can't Sing Choir' in Cambridgeshire.
She continues to compose and record new work with her husband and still performs regularly with the duo ‘Back Two.’ Being the main lead singer of the duo, it is her voice that makes their sound unmistakable.
Sally has entertained at a wide variety of events from weddings to festivals and from small private parties to corporate events. With a great musical background and with many years’ experience her knowledge and know how makes any occasion a success.
She has a vast repertoire - from Katherine Jenkins to Barbra Streisand to and can successfully deliver classical, jazz, swing, blues, pop, rock, soul, Motown, and disco with ease.
Whether you want to sit back and listen, or fill the dance floor, you can be assured that Sally Rose will deliver.
Spectacular Shows: The recent Rock Choir show at the BP Pulse Arena (formerly LG Arena) Nov 29th 2025 were noted for incredible light and sound, huge harmonies, and amazing collaborations with guest artists like Sam Ryder and Emeli Sandé and Russell Watson.
Sally Rose had a big Impact in the show. After being introduced as ‘something special’ by Russell Watson she delivered a stunning vocal solo throughout with the ‘Rock Choir’ as amazing backing singers – this created a standing ovation at both matinee and evening performances. Social media has been ‘hot’ full of specific comments praising Sally Rose's amazing Rock Choir leadership and powerful vocals, with members calling her performance of "Oh Holy Night" "phenomenal" ‘’highlight of the show’’ and "spine tingling"
